🎨 Palette: Add ARIA labels to RightPanel chat inputs

💡 What: Added aria-label attributes to the chat input textarea, clear chat button, stop response button, and send message button in RightPanel.tsx. Also added an aria-label to the Close Panel button.
🎯 Why: Improves screen reader accessibility for the chat interface, ensuring users know what each input and icon-only button does.
