Adds the official hosted Peer MCP server as a remote, unauthenticated Streamable HTTP entry.
The endpoint is read-only, exposes tools dynamically, and requires no credentials. The entry links to the official agent documentation at
agents.peer.xyz.Validated with the live health endpoint, MCP initialization and tool discovery, repository formatting checks, and link checks. The repository Go validator was not available locally; CI remains the authoritative schema check.
