Validation

Validated against the current docker/mcp-registry main branch:

• current registry validator: pass
• Docker-managed image build: pass
• live MCP tool discovery during cmd/build --tools: pass
• catalog generation: pass
• source repository CI: pass
• source image smoke test: MCP initialize + tools/list passed with all 7 expected tools

The dedicated Dockerfile runs the existing stdio MCP server as non-root UID/GID 10001 and does not change the server's application behavior.
