  • Ensure 'pts_20' is FK constrained to 'pts' in 'scale_20' table
  • Remove 'dmpts' table
  • Remove 'dmpts' column from 'tnotes' table
  • Remove all 'dmpts' occurrences from the codebase

    Do this for v2.0.0.
    Also check for @deprecated in the code for other legacy code that can be removed.
