Demo: in-text citations and annotations - #259

The Playground demo had no example of the Cite format or of annotations. Add one after the Chicago example: three annotated books with Show annotations on, and a paragraph citing them with Cite links (one with a locator), saved as the format saves them. demo-content.php renders an example's optional "prose" paragraphs before its block. The Playground demo had no example of in-text citations or annotations. This adds one, after the Chicago example: three annotated books (Illich, Grafton, Eisenstein) with Show annotations on, and a paragraph that cites them with Cite links. One of the links has a locator (
chap. 3). They're saved exactly as the format saves them, so the editor treats them as its own, and the example's description walks through switching to IEEE and choosing Update citations.demo-content.phpnow renders an example's optionalproseparagraphs before its block.
