Redesign the ProjectView

• Values are not separate from the label.
• Labels are highlighted when the value is selected.

Test Configuration: x64

• Hardware: Intel PC
• Test steps:
  1. Open the LGPT
  2. Go to ProjectView
  3. Check the changes on the ui
  4. Navigate up and down through the options
  5. Check that the labels are highlighted when the selected item changes
  6. Notice that the Project build was moved to the bottom of the Screen
