This PR improves the accessibility and UX of the language toggle links by providing
langandhreflangattributes, which ensures screen readers apply correct pronunciation profiles for the target languages. Furthermore, it adds the necessaryidanddata-langattributes so the existinglanguage-toggle.jsscript can persist user preferences properly.
