Reference GUI for Dirigo image acquisition software. Provides a basic frame scanning, display, and writing.
First install Dirigo and desired plugins. A list can be found here: (https://github.com/orgs/dirigo-developers/repositories?type=all). We recommend installing dirigo and plugins within a virtual environment (e.g. conda).
Then run:
pip install dirigo-guiAfter installing and activating the virtual environment, run:
