Adds authenticated, cursor-paginated entity and relationship inventory plus a durable graph change journal. A full projection rebuild writes a logical diff, while incremental writers capture changes through triggers. Pages expose projection freshness and restart semantics, cap results and response bytes, and redact graph fields through existing safety rules.
Validation:
cargo fmt --checkcargo clippy --locked --lib -- -D warningscargo test --locked --lib graph_(100 passed)The full library suite is running. Production deployment requires a database backup and the pending schema 61 transcript-index migration before schema 62 can be served.
