Summary

  • replace the blank workspace sidebar area with a clearer empty state when a workspace has no saved sessions yet
  • keep the draft-first behavior unchanged while making it obvious that the first session will appear after the user starts one
  • keep the empty state actionable by letting users click it to create a new task in that workspace

Checks

  • pnpm install --frozen-lockfile
  • pnpm --filter @openwork/app typecheck
  • pnpm --filter @openwork/app build

Notes

  • I did not run Docker + Chrome MCP for this PR because this is a narrow local UI copy/layout improvement in the sidebar.
