[BUG] The evaluation for SMILES strings generated by training on QM9 is incorrect.

We need to add another post-hoc evaluator, currently the post-hoc evaluator points to SAFE evaluator, which might be incorrect if SAFE -> SMILES conversion is introducing a mismatch.
