ci(deps): remove codecov-action dependabot ignores - #25510

Codecov was removed from CI on master and backported to 2.43, 2.42 and 2.41, so the ignores are no longer needed.

Codecov was removed in #25491 and backported in #25507 (2.43), #25508 (2.42) and #25509 (2.41). Merge after those so dependabot doesn't open codecov-action bumps against branches that still use it.
