Aligns Nepali BS 2082 month lengths with the backend calendar and fixes getNowInCalendar throwing for the Ethiopic calendar on newer ICU.
Picks up the CalendarInput performance and Ethiopic calendar fixes and dedupes @dhis2/multi-calendar-dates to a single v3 copy.
