When two entries share the same stream URL but are in different groups, keep the one in a preferred group (Indonesia Channels, Nasional, Bola Indonesia) instead of whichever appeared first. Fixes: SCTV (DASH/MPD) disappearing from Indonesia Channels group because Trial IDH entry was processed first.
