The user requested a restructuring of the "Handbuch" menu on the GitHub Pages site because it contained too many unrelated topics. I have split the menu into three distinct top-level categories: "Erste Schritte" (Installation, Quickstart), "Handbuch" (Components, Substrates, Applications), and "Modell & Theorie" (ADM1, Architecture, Validation). I also updated the landing pages in both German and English to reflect these changes and added proper i18n navigation translations.
