- Refactored RenderService to improve error handling in the render method. - Updated template schemas to use Schema.Schema.Type for type definitions. - Changed Layer.scoped to Layer.effect in PrismaClient layer definitions. - Updated various template files to reflect changes in the Effect API. - Added a new test file for Effect API to validate runtime exports and effect execution. - Modified existing tests to use a new SQLite adapter and improved UUID handling.
