• Preserve the exact one-commit stable artifact prepared from protected master SHA b6d942d43b57cb045e8e30f4a4687ccfff7473c5 after the documented protected revert.
• Publish nothing from this PR; stable PREFLIGHT and FINALIZE run immediately after this reviewed merge.
