What changed

plugins/agent-commerce-gateway/.claude-plugin/plugin.json gains two listing fields:

• privacyPolicyUrl: https://acg.devlab.group/privacy
• termsOfServiceUrl: https://acg.devlab.group/terms

Why

The developer portal's Compliance step asks the submitter to confirm that "the plugin's privacy policy accurately describes the data it handles", and the Listing details step showed both links as "Not set". The directory reads these fields for the listing; Claude Code ignores them at load time. The privacy policy states that the software sends nothing to DevLab, which also holds for the plugin.

How it was tested

• Both URLs return 200.
• claude plugin validate . and claude plugin validate ./plugins/agent-commerce-gateway: pass.
• npx biome check ., node scripts/check-package-metadata.mjs and npx vitest run tests/unit/cli/skill.test.ts (10 passed): clean.

Not covered

• The privacy policy page says it covers the website, not the software. Adding a sentence about the plugin there is a change to the site, outside this repository.
• The portal's Validate has to be run again on the new commit after the merge.
