Why
The initial public repository had working source, releases, and CI, but GitHub's community profile was incomplete and there was no structured path for bugs, feature requests, support, review, or dependency maintenance.
User and contributor impact
Contributors now receive clear issue and PR prompts, security-sensitive reports are routed privately, dependency updates are automated, and alpha roadmap work has an explicit public home.
