Summary

move the executable entry point into ExportUlysses.swift
separate shared backup options, migrate, doctor, and output formatting into focused files
preserve all command names, options, help text, and runtime behavior

Review findings

no dead code was found in the CLI target
no duplicate logic warranted a new abstraction
the target is 153 lines total; this change improves ownership rather than reducing code mechanically

Validation

swift test (36 tests, 1 opt-in private test skipped)
swift run export-ulysses --help
swift run export-ulysses doctor --help
swift run export-ulysses migrate --help
git diff --check
