• fix(cli,admin): runtime robots.txt + sitemap.xml, no sync meta when realtime is off, api index edit, /_x locale #530: the web role serves robots.txt and sitemap.xml at runtime (siteSeo()); no sync meta when realtime.enabled is false; x g job/x g task no longer corrupt the api index; /_x renders in the framework locale.
• fix(render): resolve a relative stylesheet root before comparing it #532: a relative stylesheet root is resolved before it is compared.

bun run scripts/release.ts --check 22.2.2 passes, and so does bun run verify (14/20 passed, 6 skipped).
