Fill resume from PDF, fix bullet formatting, add credentials

- All 3 roles now populated from PDF: Staff TPM (2020-present),
  Network Ops Manager (2019-2020), LDP (2016-2019)
- Education: Strayer MBA + UMass Amherst BS Computer Systems Engineering
- Certifications: APM, POPM, SAFe displayed as purple badge chips
- Fixed bullet formatting: replaced display:flex on li with position:absolute
  ::before so bold text no longer breaks mid-sentence
- Added MBA, APM, POPM credentials line under hero name
- Bullet labels use span.bullet-label for category headers within each li
- Skills updated to match PDF tech stack exactly (Splunk, Rally, BigQuery,
  Tableau, Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini LLM list)
