Full portfolio overhaul: resume section, skills grid, SEO, sitemap

- Resume section restored with embedded experience, Staff TPM @ Verizon
  with 6 achievement bullets; Sr TPM entry + placeholder for earlier roles;
  education/certs cards with fill-in placeholders
- Skills grid: 4 categories (Program Mgmt, Technical, AI/Automation,
  Methodologies) with core vs supporting differentiation
- Project cards upgraded to impact bullets (problem -> built -> result)
- SEO: fixed meta description (was still Distinguished), added OG tags,
  Twitter card, JSON-LD Person schema, canonical link
- Nav: added Skills + Resume anchor links
- sitemap.xml + robots.txt for Google crawlability
- Mobile responsive padding tightened at 640px breakpoint
