The GitHub stargazer API restriction has broken the star history chart in both READMEs. Point it at the star-history.dera.page mirror, which uses the same domain for the API and the frontend and requires no API token.

The star history chart is currently broken because of GitHub stargazer API restrictions. This updates the chart in README.md and README.zh-CN.md to use the star-history.dera.page mirror, which serves both the image and the interactive chart from the same domain without an API token.
