GitHub 对 stargazer API 的限制导致当前的 Star History 图表无法正常加载。将 README 与 README.en 中的图表链接切换到替代服务 star-history.dera.page，其使用无需 API token 的数据源，API 与前端共用同一域名，图表可正常显示。

当前 README 中的 Star History 图表因为 GitHub stargazer API 的限制已经无法正常显示。本 PR 将两张图表（README 与 README.en）的链接迁移到替代服务 star-history.dera.page，该服务使用无需 API token 的替代数据源，并且 API 与前端共用同一域名，图表可以恢复正常显示。仓库地址与 remote 保持一致，无需调整 owner。
