E0 reconstruction of the 28 May 2023 Upper Tantallon wildfire, derived from halifax_3town with the same network, spawns, destinations, and routes. The differences are record-calibrated fire timing and the alert schedule. - fires.json: re-time the three eastward anchors (New_Spread_1/3/4) to the HRM after-action record, remove the four unreferenced interpolated sources, and cap every source at max_r_m 700 m so the linear no-burnout growth model does not overrun distant communities. - alerts.json, map.json, spawns.json, destinations.json, routes.json: copied unchanged from halifax_3town. - README.md: provenance, calibration table, and E0 run settings.
