Handle self.outPath when it is available + improve real flake use - #18

Andd set it to `root` when using `from.*`` functions. Previously outPath had to be set manually, even though with-inputs already know it when using `from.*`.`
to simplify usage as real flake.

We actually know
self.outPathwhen usingfrom.*api, despite this, the information was lost whenselfwas passed tooutputfunction.Plus permit small usage improvement when using flake api.
