Test BOINC Intel GPU work units

The capability for BOINC to fetch and complete integrated Intel GPU work units must be tested as I am unable to with my hardware.

If any problems are encountered, please note them along with workarounds used to fix (if applicable) and hardware details on this thread.

Highly doubt it will work
will be really impressed if it does.
However looking at other issues here it seems that as off right now you need uefi support so there goes the idea of trying it out on the sony vaio
