Support for STM32 boards is surprisingly easy. I use the 1st SPI port and pin A0 which is on IRQ 0.
Tested today, receiving works as expected.
Some refactorying could be done to allow selection of SPI port (the STM32 has at least 2 usable SPI ports), if I find the time, I add another PR.
