What
Makes the dashboard first-class for the new trace contract: durable and A2A trace kinds are classified, styled, and surfaced with A2A action/task and durable execution tags in trace summaries. Adds unit coverage for both classifications.

codex/dashboard-trace-contract. Merge this PR after the lower PR.
