Feat: update model list

This PR remove deprecated models like DPA-2.4-7M, Orb-v2, SevenNet-l3i5, MACE-MP-0, MACE-MPA-0. Orb-v3 is updated to orb_v3_conservative_inf_omat and 7net-mf-ompa is updated to the omat modality for better performance. DPA3_2_5M and MACE-MH-1 are included in the benchmark.
