What does this change?
Adds a typed source-provenance classifier anchored to Bessemer's immutable Buck2 fork commit. One bounded Git diff classifies tracked source as Dedalus-owned, byte-identical upstream, or modified upstream while preserving rename and copy origins. Behavioral fixtures are explicitly excluded because their bytes are test inputs.
This is the first PR above #33 in the source-license stack.
How was it tested?
pnpm run ci testpnpm exec tsc --noEmitUnit coverage for additions, exact renames, partial renames, upstream notices, unannotated upstream source, and fixture exclusion
