Summary

Aligns all agent-facing guidance and project docs with the CLI-first architecture (ADR-0001). Adds AGENTS.md as the canonical rule set (CLAUDE.md now imports it), plus architecture deep dives, reference pages, and contributing guides. Refreshes stale docs.

Scope

• New: AGENTS.md (canonical agent rules); CLAUDE.md rewritten as a thin Claude-specific layer importing it
• New: docs/architecture/ (7 deep dives: the two retrieval stacks, CLI retrieval, scraper and research pipelines, providers, local UI, legacy MCP stack)
• New: docs/reference/ (corpus JSON schema, environment variables, storage layout)
• New: docs/contributing/ (code style, testing, commits and PRs, ADR workflow) and docs/skills.md
• Refreshed: docs/index.md, docs/roadmap.md (shipped items marked), BENCHMARK.md (Round 2 methodology added), README-pt-br.md (parity with the EN README), CONTRIBUTING.md (env clarification, links), docs/architecture.md (kctx has no query cache or embeddings)
• Adds the previously untracked king-decisions and king-record-decision skills
