Summary

  • Replace the static PNG hero in the root README with the full baseline animated GIF (hops 0–22, including MLflow trace).
  • Improve GIF export: tight crop around diagram content, defaults at 2 fps / hop 22, and clearer export-readme-architecture-gif.sh docs.
  • Sync baseline FlowStory steps (Guardrails LLM path, numbered hops, MLflow trace) and regenerate PNG/GIF assets.
  • Remove temporary assets/preview/ variants and the preview-only export script.

Test plan

  • Open root README preview and confirm the GIF plays through hop 11 → MLflow
  • Run make export-architecture-gif locally and verify output matches assets/overall-architecture.gif
  • Spot-check v5 Overall Demo in docs/demo/v5/live.html#step-0 against the GIF frames

Promote the cropped full-flow GIF (hops 0–22 through MLflow) as the README
architecture visual, tighten GIF export defaults and documentation, sync
baseline diagram steps, and remove temporary preview artifacts.
