Promote the cropped full-flow GIF (hops 0–22 through MLflow) as the README architecture visual, tighten GIF export defaults and documentation, sync baseline diagram steps, and remove temporary preview artifacts. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
