Summary

An operator, or a tool that renders the gateway's configuration, cannot tell which version of the IP configuration file a running gateway read.

The gateway now logs the file's SHA-256 each time it reads it, so the digest can be compared with the rendered file.

Test plan

  • The logged digest equals the file's SHA-256
  • Format, lint and tests pass

Related to datum-cloud/enhancements#883 and datum-cloud/enhancements#916

An operator, or a tool that renders the gateway's configuration,
cannot tell which version of the IP configuration file a running
gateway read. Log the file's SHA-256 each time the gateway reads it,
so the digest can be compared with the rendered file.

This adds sha2 0.10 as a direct dependency. The crate is already in
the lockfile.
