datumctl integration for network load balancer #694
Expose the network load balancer capability proposed in datum-cloud/enhancements#884 through datumctl, so a tenant can create, view, and manage it without needing Kubernetes knowledge or terminology.
Scope
Support the standard resource verbs (create/get/list/delete, etc.) for the load balancer resource, consistent with how other Datum Cloud resources are managed through datumctl.
Help text and output stay in Datum Cloud terms — no Kubernetes/kubectl language, consistent with datumctl's existing conventions.
Open questions
Naming: what should the resource be called in datumctl output/help text?
Does status reporting need anything beyond the standard resource status conventions (e.g. surfacing backend health)?
Flagged as a possible overlap with datum-cloud/enhancements#884 (title-similarity 0.38, medium confidence). Not asserting either issue is a duplicate — flagging so a human can decide whether to merge, cross-link, or leave as companion issues.
