   Done. The unused meters were retired rather than deleted, and priced usage now converts into each charge's pricing unit:

   • feat(billing): Retire single metrics and convert charge usage units milo-os/service-catalog#129: per-metric phase (Published → Deprecated → Retired) and charge unit conversion
   • feat(pricing): Convert usage into the pricing unit milo-os/billing#124: ServicePricing unit conversion
   • feat(pricing): Convert usage into each ServicePricing's pricing unit milo-os/openmeter-provider#29, test: Bill tiered pricing in GiB and pin retired meters in UsageQuery milo-os/openmeter-provider#30: OpenMeter plans bill in the pricing unit
   • feat(service-catalog): Deprecate unused meters and convert priced usage #486: deprecate the four unused meters, vCPU/memory charges in vCPU-seconds and GiB-seconds
   • feat(service-catalog): Retire the unused instance meters #503: retire the four unused meters
   • feat(service-catalog): Price staging egress per GB of converted usage network-services-operator#671: egress priced per GB

   Staging accounts moved to the payg-4 Offer on 2026-10-20.
