The edge now runs in us-central-1, us-east-1 and us-west-1 only. The BUILD_DATUM_CONNECT_RELAY_URLS repo variable still listed 16 relays, and the other 13 hostnames no longer resolve (NXDOMAIN). Builds that bake the old list keep dead relays in the startup shortlist, and net_report logs a resolve failure for each one on every probe. Key changes: - Set the relay list in bundle.yml and manual-release.yml directly instead of reading the repo variable, so changes to it go through review - List only the us-central-1, us-east-1 and us-west-1 relays The repo variable is no longer read and can be deleted after this merges.
