… stato iniziale Attiva il catalog engine per-repo su eurostat (pilot): - pyproject: extra observatory (SO @main) + config [tool.observatory] (SDMX ESTAT, catalog-watch) - .github/workflows/catalog.yml: caller catalog-reusable.yml@main (cron lun 04:30, dispatch, dry-run su PR che toccano pyproject) - registry/catalog.json: artifact iniziale dal pilot manuale (8146 dataflow, GREEN, 33 datasets_in_use) La CI aggiornera' il catalog con draft PR post-merge.
