fix(gcs-auth): rimuovi esempi secrets dalla description - #37

GitHub Actions fa template validation anche sul description delle
composite action: ${{ secrets… }} negli esempi faceva fallire il load
(errore IC build-dataset e LG pipeline). Pattern corretto: auth@v3 +
setup-gcloud nel caller, senza passare da questa composite.
