Summary

Fixed workspace/folder title wrapping when names contain spaces
Added single-line ellipsis behavior for narrow file-list panels
Preserved count badge and sort control alignment
Added tooltip/title support for truncated names
Kept sidebar resizing behavior unchanged

Validation

Verified codex oss prompts no longer wraps into stacked words
Verified long names without spaces still truncate correctly
Verified file list layout remains stable while resizing
