RC10 supporting SDK change

Narrow change based on the integration's validated ttlock-ble==0.1.11 dependency.

Change

  • expose connect_attempts on TTLockClient and from_ble_device()
  • preserve the existing default of three connector attempts
  • allow the Home Assistant integration to give a speculative cached route one attempt while keeping the robust default for a freshly acquired route

This does not add an outer timeout and does not change TTLock command retry or resend behavior.

Local validation

  • pytest: 265 passed
  • coverage: 98.18%
  • Ruff: passed
  • strict mypy: passed

The RC10 integration pins immutable commit 53c78183e3ab7c1e96d6f9912a983b515388546c. This PR is draft-only and must not be merged before the integration's real-lock validation.
