- Update version to 0.7.1 across Cargo.lock, Cargo.toml, plugin configuration files, and CHANGELOG. - Document fixes in CHANGELOG, including the rotation of the release signing key and recovery of package installs. - Update public key references in install scripts and documentation to reflect the new signing path.
