**What?** 1. Add `smudge-oauth2-callback-scheme` 2. Add `smudge-oauth2-callback-host` 3. Change `smudge-api-oauth2-callback` to a function **Why?** Spotify has disallowed hyphens and "localhost" in callback URLs (danielfm#101).
