Swap the fake letter-C path in site/logos/claude.svg for the CC0 Simple Icons Anthropic monochrome mark, matching cursor.svg and openai.svg. Update logos README to document the source. Co-authored-by: Paul Zgordan <dancingteeth@users.noreply.github.com>
