To do:

  • Implement Atom processing
  • Implement RSS processing
  • Sequencing: currently all entries in the feed are processed in rapid succession, since we have all the content at hand. When fetching images however (for EPUB, or for inlining), we should respect the user’s --wait option.
  • Add new fields to the default HTML template, use pretty date formatting.
