Adds a stub implementation for
MpvPlayerwhich allows the app to compile even ifwholphin-mpvis not available. Any runtime usage will throw an exception. This also allows PR builds to work for other forks.DEVELOPMENT.mdhas instructions for including the real implementation or seewholphin-extensions.Note for users: This PR is only relevant for developers,
wholphin-mpvis included with regular releases.
