This completes the gated U.S. analyst-workstation roadmap while preserving HookEcho's compact theme, saved workspaces, 16 dBZ default, and closed-by-default alert list.
The implementation adds shared field metadata, provenance, time coordination, request ownership, persistent caching, progressive radar, expanded MRMS/GOES/model products, analysis and verification tools, linked workspaces, GIS/3D workflows, case and route analysis, deterministic output, bounded plugin IPC, diagnostics, and provenance-preserving radar fusion. The final analysis gate adds a clearly labeled HookEcho objective-analysis point with explicit observation age, range, and weighting assumptions.
