Figure out the number of ways each sum of some number of dice can be rolled. Optimized but suboptimal - do your own homework :-)

BONUS: sillydice.py computes fair polyhedral dice (i.e. D&D D100, D20, D12, D8, D6, D4) using only a six-sided die.
