Summary

Add MOCREO SD1 device type mapping
Parse SD1 temperature, second temperature probe, humidity, battery, RSSI, and door state
Register SD1 measurement/manufacturer metadata
Add parser test coverage for SD1

Verification

python -m py_compile custom_components\ble_monitor\ble_parser\mocreo.py custom_components\ble_monitor\const.py custom_components\ble_monitor\test\test_mocreo_parser.py
